Perth will reportedly receive its first visit by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner on Friday 12 September 2014, when an Air New Zealand Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner (the new stretched version) operates flight NZ175/176 from/to Auckland.

The aircraft will be ZK-NZE or ZK-NZF.

NZ175 usually touches down at around 6pm, which if on time means it will be a few minutes before sunset.

So does this mean that Air New Zealand will use a 787 everyday after the 12th? Or is it just a one off before the 15th of October when they were scheduled to begin?

They will be using the 787 occasionally on NZ175/176 service from 12 September 2014, then daily from 15 October 2014.
