Bombardier Aerospace today announced that AVWest of Australia has placed overall firm orders for four Global 7000 and two Global 8000 ultra long-range jets, two of which were placed earlier this year. The total value of this overall order is approximately $400 million US, based on the 2011 list price for typically equipped aircraft.

Steve Ridolfi, President, Bombardier Business Aircraft: “This order is another superb endorsement of our new Global 7000 and Global 8000 jets, and we’re delighted that AVWest has once again decided to put their trust into our Global aircraft family,” he added.
